    User (not member) Forgotten Password - Links don't work

    Extending Umbraco and using the API

    Hi all,

    When we request a password reset for a user the resulting email contains links to an old domain (also non https), the site where the forgotten password was requested from is the correct domain. Therefore none for the forgotten password links work.

    Any ideas where the system is getting this domain from? It isn't in hostnames against the content node, web.config, or umbracoSettings.

    Hi Tim

    It can be a custm code that does a link, can you check how Forgotten Password functionallity works?

    I don't think so, I think your thinking about member forgotten password not User (umbraco admin) forgotten password.
