    Hide/exclude files and images from Media tree?

    Hi all,

    I would like to hide the files and images from the media tree. Is this possible?

    This because I'm creating an sorting fuction which sort the folders in Alphabetical when a media item is saved. When the files and images are shown in the tree, the user gets a more "Windows explorer" look and feel in the mediasection and the tree get's more compact when only showing folders. When a users click a folder the files and images are listed on the right section of the media section.

    Yes - From your requirement it looks you want to switch to List View for Folders.

    This can be done as shown in this screenshot. enter image description here

    Hi Shaishav,

    Thanks you for your reaction but it's not fitting my needs (unless I miss something). What i would like is to exclude files and images from the tree but keep the (sub)folders.
