Can we migrate easily contents in umbraco 4.03 to Umbraco 4.5

Please Let me know some pre-steps that need to be done for content migration from Umbraco 4.03 to Umbraco 4.5.

Just did exactly this ;-)

I followed the steps here: http://umbraco.org/blog/2009/1/27/can-you-upgrade-your-site-to-umbraco-4

Then the Umbraco back-end login won't work anymore (from clear to hashed), so you will have to follow the steps:
1. Open the umbracoUser table (SQL)
2. Edit the password to this: bnWxWyFdCueCcKrqniYK9iAS+7E=
3. Now you can login with <username> (admin) and password default and change the password!
