During the initial install, in step 5, if I select the option to install Runway, when I hit next, it generates a server error: "An item with the same key has already been added."
So the upshot is that I cannot install Runway.
I downloaded the Umbraco 4.5 binaries from Codeplex and manually created a new site using iis manager. I'm using Windows 7 Pro and .Net 4.0.

Fixed.
I think this was caused by a corrupt database due to multiple installation attempts.
I fixed it by deleting the database and creating a new database, then reinstalling Umbraco.
I have this on a new empty database using Umbraco version 4.5.2. I did add several modules initially.
I have tried deleting the database and trying again to no avail. It fails in the same way each time.
