    Access Denied on Go Live Site

    Hi all,

    I need some urgent help.

    I've just switched off an old client site and pointed the web URL to the new site, however I am getting a 401.3 - Access denied due to ACL error:

    You are not authorized to view this page
    You do not have permission to view this directory or page due to the access control list (ACL) that is configured for this resource on the Web server.

    Could someone start pointing me at things to look at? This is a public site, so no authentication is required and authentication mode is already set to forms.

    Darryl,

    Check in iis that authentication is turned off, also check permissions as per umbraco installation guide are correct.

    IIS Auth was off, the permissions were corrupt on the replication server, once those had been re-submitted through IIS it solved the problem.
