Just finished upgrading to V4.5. All seems to go as expected, however there are a few issues:
1. xsltExtensions.config was not converted to new format. (i edited manually).
2. All media tree is missing. I know it exists in the database but for some reason it is hidden after upgrade. (if I go to users -> administrator -> Start Node in Media Library -> choose than I see the whole media tree).
