    Installing Umbraco on Windows 2003

    Hi, I am new to Umbraco and I am trying to install it on Windows Server 2003. I found the installation guide for it

    but, first: it is old. It refers to 4.0.2.The latest version now is 4.5.1.

    Second, I do not understand from this guide how to install the database itself - the tables, the stored procedurs if any, and so on. I assume that there should be tables and so on? Where do I get the complete installation instaructions and where the database set up comes from?

    To clarify, I am not using Web Platform installer and trying to install it manually.
