I am attempting to install umbraco v4.5.1_for_net_3_5 on a shared host medium trust. The webconfig has been modified <add key="umbracoUseMediumTrust" value="true" />
When I run the install page, I am getting the following error. Any help resolving it would be greatly appreciated.

format of a configSource file must be an element containing the name of the
section.

the code above seems to be coming from restExtensions.config not UrlRewriting.config which is a bit strange. what are the errors if you remove your <add key="umbracoUseMediumTrust" value="true" /> value?
