Can't See Tree Items When Upgrading to Umbraco 4.5.2

After upgrading from Umbraco 4 to 4.5.2 using the instructions listed here:

    http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/install-and-setup/upgrading-an-umbraco-installation

    Hi Nick

Did you manage to resolve this problem? I have just encountered it and am unsure how to proceed.

    Thanks,

    Ben.
