    404 error on dependencyhandler since Friendly urls was turned on

    My backoffice page is not displaying very well at all in Chrome.  I look at the errors and it says DependencyHandler has a 404 error.  I tried deleting the clientdependency folder from app_data and no go.  This seemed to happen when I turned on friendly urls.  Nothing worked until I changed IIS to run 2.0 integrated asp.net.  Should it be running on this or 4.0 integrated?
