We're hitting the above server error on a site hosted on a UNC share on Rackspace.
We've followed the "Installing Umbraco for load balanced environments" guide at http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/install-and-setup/installing-umbraco-for-load-balanced-environments and implemented the changes suggested as a fix in the MS knowledge base at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/810886
Does anyone have any ideas? Sorry I can't give any more information but we're a bit stumped here ourselves.
I'm experienceing the same problem. Our hosting provider has been unable to resolve the problem with using the NAS so we are having to go to a replication solution. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else found out how to fix this though.
I'm running into the same issue. Has anyone come up with a solution?
