    Umbraco not handling 404 requests

    Hi

    I have turned on the following in umbracoSettings.config:

       <errors>
      <error404>1024</error404>
        </errors>

    Wich should give me an Umbraco page to handle the 404 requests.

    But, instead I just get the standard IIS error:

    "Server Error

    404 - File or directory not found.

    The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

    I can see the page if I call it directly  on the http://domain.com/1024

    We have configured Umbraco to remove the .aspx extensions, should that be of any difference or did I miss something in the IIS configuration?

    Regards

    Are you using IIS 7? If so, have a look here:

    Thanks alot!

    I use IIS 7.5 but the same did the trick.

    Just wiched that I didn't have to config the IIS manually, but it works!
