Where has the install guide gone?

A supplier had been referring to http://umbraco.org/documentation/books/install-umbraco-4-on-windows-vista for install instructions but they are no longer there.

Can anyone point me to the installation instructions for 4.0.X on Windows Server 2kX please?

I would take a local copy as all the content is currently being moved around.
