I'm trying to install 4.5.2 on .net 4 on a win2k8 server and iis7.
But it's like the styling is gone? It's a clean install i just downloaded.
I get these errors in chrome:

I can replicate that screen over here. Seems to be permissions related. As a test the screen returns to normal if I grant everyone full permissions to the parent directory (DO NOT DO THIS ON PRODUCTION) .

Check the permissions on all the folders are correct, this is a good way to check
