When this happens, its usually a file permissions issue with the Client Dependency framework. You'll need to set read/write permissions for the IIS_USRS group on the \App_Data\ClientDependency folder.
Once you've done that, the installation wizard screen should appear correctly.
How do you like Arvixe's hosting? I'm looking for a new shared host for small projects and was very interested in them. How's their uptime and support?
I use SoftSys for some now but they've been very unreliable lately (lots of down time).

Umbraco configuration wizard error
I have a webhost at Arvixe, and I installed umbraco through their software. Everything went fine, until I launched up umbraco configuration wizard.
That is what I see, and the next button doesn't work. Any Ideas how I can get through the wizard?

I've ran into this exact problem a few times, couldn't remember what I did to solve it but I'm pretty sure it was permission issues as well!
