    version 4.5.2 after install css is not being applied

    Hi I've just installed ver 4.5.2 on host server.

    However, after the install the umbraco config screen shows up with no css.

     

    could this be a permissions issue?

    Yes, make sure the IIS user has the appropriate rights.
