    Microsoft Platform Installer installs .net 3.5 version, not 4.0 version

    Hi, I was wondering if there is a reason why the platform installer installs the .net 3.5 version instead of the .net 4.0 version that is available via codeplex. Also in codeplex the recommended download is 4.0 and not the 3.5 version.

    I want to use the most stable version as I can host either version of .net code on my server. Would be good to hear from the Umbraco team on this one.
