    URL Rewriter

    Is anyone using MS URL Rewrite 2.0 as opposed to the UrlRewritingNet? The documentation on UrlRewritingNet is scarce and very little application examples. the URL Rewrite 2.0 seems has more capabilities and plenty of examples and very well documented. I'm thinking to remove the url rewriter that comes with umbraco, I'm using version  4.0.4.2.

    I am always using the IIS URL Rewrite Module (2.0). Has far more options than the URLRewriting.NET plugin.

    @kipusoep: Just out of curiosity...what does it take to implement the URL Rewrite module instead of URLRewriting.NET? :-)

    I installed the 2.0, nice built in interface in IIS 7.5. I guess the image hotlinking is quite nice, too bad the urlwriter .net can't do it.

    @Jan

    Just use it like you'd normally would :-) http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/460/using-the-url-rewrite-module/
