Do you need to use v4.0.3? (Not sure where the project page when though).
The Medium Trust fixes were added to Umbraco v4.5+ ... v4.6 was actually released last night - with a lot of bug fixes and new functionality. Definitely worth upgrading to!

Yep I need to use v4.0.3 for a couple of sites i'm migrating.
I'm running 4.5 where i can but its just not viable on every site yet as not all the packages are compatable yet.

OK, I did a little googling around for the download - but all links appear to be broken!
