When I upgrade my Umbraco 4.5.2 to 4.6.1, the "Installed packages" in the "Developer" missed. I tried to find the location where the data of "Installed packages" in database, but I did not find a table that has the data.
Did any meet this problem? Is there any solution for this?

I just checked the installedPackages.config in App_Data\packages\installed and found that the file in my backup version immediately after the I upgrade my Umbraco to 4.6.1 is good. I deleted lots of files in the App_Data after that because I thought the data in the folder were all temp data. So this should not be the problem of the new version of 4.6.1.

I think you want to copy over the contents from installedPackages.config in App_Data\packages\installed
