    Best practice configuring for Umbraco 4.6?

    Hi

    Is there any documentation for configuring Umbraco 4.6 to get the best performance?

    Have 2 Umbraco 4.6 sites on 2 different Windows 2008 R2 servers with issues with slow performance in back office UI. 
    The editor is loading very slow, especially when the editor content contains an macro.

    What usually helps: in the macro properties, disable render macro content in editor
