Missing Tree and Right Click in Admin after move to shared hosting
Hi,
I have found many threads with similar issues, but no clear resolution. Have tried a number of things now, really getting frustrated :(
I have Umbraco on a Windows 2003 server at home working perfectly and have installed some packages. When I copy the files and database to my hosting (at blacknight.com) the front-end website works fine, but when I login to the Admin area I get the nodes, but no content to administer. Right click does not work either (small grey box with no content)
Looking for pointers, what can I ask my hosting company to look at/do? Permissions are all open afaik (only get options for "Anonymous Web user" and "Application Pool Identity Account" though my Parallels login)

Hi Phillip
How much can you access of the settings for IIS and permissions on the folders?
I think you should check to make sure permissions are inherited properly and that the app pool is running in "integrated mode"...
Otherwise I think you might need to delete the cached files in the clientdependency folder.
