    Installed packages tree empty after upgrading from 4.5.2 -> 4.7

    Just upgraded from Umbraco 4.5.2 with several packages to Umbraco 4.7.  Now, my installed and created packages trees are gone or empty.  I've ready previous posts about the location of the XML file moving.  I moved the packages folder from App_Data to data but the problem still exists.

    It appears that the upgrade install stomped on my previous config files and overwrote them!  Good thing I had a recent backup.
