Umbraco 4.6.1 for .NET 3.5

Hi

Sorry if this has been answered, I have been looking on the site for a few hours now and not found an answer as yet.

Has the Umbraco 4.6.1 for .NET 3,5 buidl mentioned on the codeplex site been built and, if so, where can I get it?
