After installing v4.7.0 I cannot get access to the Umbraco back end. Strangly I briefly had access, added another user then got a "Refresh" request, which I'm assuming was related to my session timing out. Refreshing the user failed and after that I cannot log in with any of my user accounts. Resetting passwords and adding new user accounts directly in the umbracoUsers table doesn't work. Changing the passwordFormat in web.config from Hashed to Clear did not help. Reran icacls permissions script...still nothing. Running Windows Server 2008 R2, IIS 7.5, SQL Server 2008 R2. Any ideas on this?
