You'll have to be a bit more specific about progress so far. Have you seen this install guide in the wiki? http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/install-and-setup/how-to-install-umbraco-on-windows-server-2008
The easiset way is to go to this address:http://www.microsoft.com/web/gallery/umbraco.aspx and just click install.
Follow the wizard and you'll have Umbraco installid in 5 minutes.
