how to install umbraco

Hi guys im new to umbraco,i am ve much confused about how to insall it.

there are several ways i can see thouout the forms and documents ,is it like downloading from the site http://umbraco.com/download

or to download a binary file ,unzip ,place in root .......

Just install this http://www.microsoft.com/web/downloads/platform.aspx and choose Umbraco.
