I couldn't get the upgrade wizard to run going from 4.5.2 to 4.7.1... However, I manually update the web.config and set the version to 4.7.0 and the site appears to run fine. Is there anything that's going to break? Database changes between 4.5.2 to 4.7 or other issues?
Yeah, for some reason, it just stays on the "Let's Get STarted" page. I click the button, but nothing happens. No error on the client or server... Any ideas?
I stubled upon the same issue today and the issue for me was that I had removed ~/install/ from umbracoReservedPaths in web.config, when adding it back the installer worked as it should!

Yeah, it tries to go to the "License" install step, but just keeps kicking me back to the first step! What the heck?
I am experiencing the very same right now. Upgrading from 4.7 to 4.7.1.
Is there some way to get it to jump to sql-updrades?
