I have just installed the lastest stable version of umbraco when I get to the starter kits bit it says:

Oops...the installer can't connect to the repository

I have a internet connection, I installed umbraco on to my local machine by manually configuing IIS, using if I use webmatrix its fine, but I want to know why this is happening there must be some thing else that has to be configured to allow IIS access to the out side internet,

any one got any ideas..........please help
