We recently upgraded a website from Umbraco 4.5.2 to Umbraco 4.7. The website uses /base for form submissions, when the site was 4.5.2 we could see entires in the IIS log files each time a ajax request was made, e.g. 2011-04-23 10:36:41 POST /base/forms/Insert.aspx Since the update we no longer see the entires in the IIS log file, the forms still work.....?
Really need to get them back in the log. Anyone have any ideas on this?

Interesting, I have realised that with Umbraco 4.7 /base POST do make entires in the IIS log but they are like this:
2011-08-03 21:05:59 POST /default.aspx
So it's not possible to tell which methods are being called, something must have changed......?
