If IIS is not working out for you for some reason, or if you are using Home version of Windows that can't have IIS on it, use UWS (UltiDev Web Server Pro). It's not a Cassini clone - it's a real web server.

FYI: Umbraco runs on UltiDev Web Server Pro.
