    Using Umbraco Complete

    Hi!

Im thinking of buying Umbraco Complete and just wonders if this is connected to just one domain?

Or could I install for example courier on multiple installations without buying another Umbraco Complete?

I believe that the complete licence is per domain, but that it covers the domain, all the sub-domains on the domain, and a development domain, as well as localhost. Here's the Courier Licence FAQ:http://umbraco.com/help-and-support/customer-area/courier-support-and-download/license-questions.aspx

For example a setup that we've used in the past is dev.domain.com for the development site and domain.com for the live one. If you wanted you could add an additional staging domain with staging.domain.com as well.

    Hope that helps!

    :)

I was hoping a little that I could use Contour wothout needing to buy a new license for every customer i get but i knew that it was a longshot :)

Haha, sadly not! If you're a certified Umbraco partner, and you're feeling rich, you could look at becoming a gold partner! That gives you licence to use the full version of Umbraco and all the add ons on as many sites as you like: http://umbraco.com/certified-partners/partner-status.aspx

I think you cann add an extra domain to you Courier License for E99 a pop as well but I'm not 100%

    :)
