I've used Umbraco now a few times for relatively small sites - up to around 200 pages. A website that I look after from a project management point of view has around 250,000 pages - how feasible is it to run Umbraco on a site of that size? At the moment I have no intention of trying etc. but I'd like to know about the practicalities. Does the CMS run slowly? How about how long the content tree takes to load? What about the size of the XML cache file?
