Could you describe the system you're trying to install Umbraco on? And what happens in the process of the installation? Does it simply not start or is it bugging during detection of the database or?

Could you describe the system you're trying to install Umbraco on? And what happens in the process of the installation? Does it simply not start or is it bugging during detection of the database or?
