    Skin does not load

    I installed manually installed.  Using .net 4.0 integrated.  After many steps I got everything running.  I installed the simple website kit.  It loads but then I choose a skin.  It just says:

     

    Choose a skin from your local collection, or download one from the umbraco package repository

    Skin is being updated...

     

    and never loads the skin.  I don't mind copying it to the appropriate folder but don't know where to find the skin.

    Hi John

    Did you choose the simple website starter kit during the installation? Or did you choose it from the repository after the installation?

    And have you made sure that the sufficient permissions has been set for network serice and iusr? Or simply just iis_iusrs?
