You could also consider investing some money on Courier, which makes deployment of Umbraco sites a breeze.

So, by Courier I can export databases?
With courier you can deploy both database and files on your website from local to live. But if you just need to export the DB then you might just want to checkout the tool Rodion is mentioning.
