    Members in v5

    Hi , simple question ! where is the members section in Umbraco5 ? i've to implement a section only for registred users!

    The member section is not fully implemented yet, but you can use the standard profile and roles approach.

    sorry but i dont understand how... i need a simple login for expose a members only page with some feuters.

    you wrote that i can use the profile and roles approach ...can you make an exemple or link a tutorial?

    Hi Guido,

    Members will come in version 5.1 of Umbraco. If you are familiar with the ASP.Net membership API you can use that in V5 as Simon suggested otherwise it might be easier to work with Umbraco V4.7 which comes with a member section already.
