I am installing a local Umbraco sandbox to test package and Umbraco updates on.  Although my site doesn't have to be identical to my production site, it would be nice to import a current copy of it as a starter for my new sandbox.   Since I used SQL CE which had no real configuration (I don't even remember setting a DB name on it during the install/configration steps) how is the best way to get my current copy of my production site set up on it?
