When trying to create new content, I click on Settings, then Document Types, but in the right pane, all that is visible is the "Start Here" page. There is no "Create" button.
I didn't duplicate the question. I deleted the original question in order to modify it, and then posted it again. The system confirmed my delete, but still shows up. I have tried to delete it again since to no avail.
