I believe 4.7.1.1 supports MySQL. Your main challenge is going to be copying the data from the SQL CE database to the MySQL one. You could maybe try the MySQL Migration tool? http://dev.mysql.com/doc/migration-toolkit/en/index.html that looks like it might allow you to copy the data from one DB to the other.
Alternate way would be to have two installs, your existing SQLCE one, the other a fresh (clean/empty) MySQL install. Then install Courier (free version) and migrate everything from the original SQLCE to the new MySQL version.
Disclaimer: I've never tried this! But worth a shot right? ;-)
