I'm running Umbraco 4.7.1 on IIS 7, using .Net 4 Integrated pipeline. I've set umbracoUseDirectoryUrls = true in my web.config file. What I'm seeing is that if a page is requested using a trailing slash (like http://foo.com/products/), the web server gives a 404 error. When teh page is requested without a trailing slash (like http://foo.com/products), then the page loads correctly. What do I need to do to allow for the trailing slash to work?
I don't have any custom url rewriting enabled. Everything in the setup is pretty much default except for changing the umbracoUseDirectoryUrls value to true.

That is strange, normally with IIS7 and .Net 4 integrated pipeline, ASP.Net would process URLs with a trailing slash. For some reason ASP.Net is not handling those requests on your server. Its nothing to do with Umbraco if you are getting the 404 directly from IIS.
Double check that the app pool for your site is set to .Net 4 integrated pipeline, do an IIS reset in case any chages are yet to take effect. Failing that there is a complete writeup on the subject here:
