Hi All,

Im working with a client who is running sitecore. ITs far more than they need and they cant afford the license fee anymore! They have tasked me with redesigning the site which is fine, however I havent used asp.net or anything like this before. I had heard good things about umbraco, so wanted to know if its possible to import or transfer a sitecore site into an umbraco installation? I realise it could be an oil and water situation, but I have seen some projects on here for importing data, so thought it best to ask rather than assume!

Also does anyone have any experience of leaving sitecore, extensive googling and I havent found anything?
