OK - I've got a bit confused here... on the System Requirements page it mentions that Umbraco 4.6.x needs SQL Server 2005+ & Umbraco 4.7.x needs SQL Server 2008...
But this blog post says that 4.6.2 is acutally 4.7.
If have SQL Server 2005 - is 4.6.1 the highest version of umbraco I can install or can I do 4.7 (4.6.2)?

I have never used IIS to upgrade umbraco, and never upgraded on a server using MSSQL 2005.
I have upgraded umbraco on a server using MSSQL 2008, but am really unsure as to which download to use
The upgrade will be from 4.5.2
