Hello, has anyone been able to run umbraco 4.7.x on SQL 2005? The requirement article says that 4.7.x support SQL 2008 exclusively but my company will not upgrade to SQL 2008 yet.
Thanks,Patrick
Hi Patrick
At the minute it looks like mssql 2008 is required, but that may change in the furture if somebody builds a hive provider for ms sql 2005.
It's been discussed here: http://our.umbraco.org/forum/core/umbraco-5-general-discussion/28390-Why-is-SQL2005-not-supported
