Having issues with installing packages. Don't really get an error in the admin console, just a 'done' at the bottom of the browser window. However, the logs get an error. Not too helpful to me. Any ideas?
Thanks for the advice. I was able to go download the install and run it as a local and it worked, just updating in the event someone else has a similar issue. Not really a fix, but a workaround. Good info on the file/folder permissions. Verified all to be good. One thing I noticed is that the IIS_USERS group has the default app pool with rights. Not something I remembered setting up or being in the instructions. Thought it was odd that it would add that one and not the Umbraco app pool that we created. I added it for S and G's but it didn't seem to have any impact, good or bad.

First thing to look into (in my mind) would be permissions on your site.
Take a look at http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/reference/files-and-folders/permissions and verify your site is setup with the correct permissions.
