    Administrator not seeing all secions

    Installing umbraco

    In our install of 4.7.1, the administrator cannot see the settings or developer sections. Is there somewhere in the configuration that I can change so the admin can see these again?

    I tracked down the problem somewhat, I am getting a 500 error on /umbraco/webservices/TreeClientService.asmx/GetInitAppTreeData
