I have the Umbraco CMS installed and running with the business starter site. If I want to add a simple page on to my site how would I go about doing this from Umbraco CMS or Visual Studio? How do I then add a content block to add dynamic content (text)?
Also, when I right click and select CREATE, I will get a dialog with a 'Choose Document Type' dropdown, but the dropdown is blank. Why and how do I fill this?
