    4.8.1 and umbraco.Global

    hi

    what happened to this in 4.8.1? we have a 4.7.x codebase that inherits from umbraco.Global, but this breaks in 4.8.1. I can't find the sourcecode on codeplex to look myself.

    the release notes also say: "Delete bin/App_global.asax.dll".

    If we need to us umbraco.Global then how to use in umbraco 4.8 version?
