By default the site should be publicly accessible, as long as it's on a public webserver.
If you want to only lock down a specific page or part of the site down in the "Content" section you can right-click on a page/node and select "Public Access" to change access restrictions on that page (and its child pages).
How to allow anonymous access to an umbraco site, no log in required?
Hi, newbie here, how would I set some pages for anonymous access?
