I've just upgraded an old site from 4.03 to 4.7.1.1 and everything seemed ok. Just tried to edit any of the files mentioned above and they do not appear in the editor.
I've tried checking the folder permissions, everything seems ok against all my other umbraco installs. I've double checked the config files, deleted the clientdependency folder. Still nothing.
If I try and view css / templates / xslt though the editor, chrome states that "webkit is not defined".
If I try and view config files through the editor (Tree config package), then I get editconfigfile.aspx cannot be found error.

What is the setting for UseLegacyXmlSchema set to?

It's set to true as I have a bunch of old schema XSLT that I need to run.
